Working Dayz

In the past few months, I've been working in a shopping complex selling computers. Big, small, expensive, cheap and worth-able comps I've seen it all... And not just computers do various in many differences, humans too.
Customers are our top priority and to satisfy them, its harder than swimming to Hawaii from Malaysia. True, really. Those who are selling stuff sure agree with me. =) Now, my point for this blog today, is to tell everybody that how customers are hard to handle and those who have seen this blog, plz, not to follow them. U'll sure get cursed and backstabed kao kao (meaning= till the very end, for those who doesn't understand chinese slangs) and call you roast pork after you are done shopping. It'll get worst IF u ask tonns of question and just leave without buying anything from them. Well, I do scold abit of the customers which are very stingy, just like customers who wanted to buy flash drives, For God Sake, I just earn RM3 for each unit of flash drive and still alot of customer said, "WAH, why so expensive?" Dude, you think that all the items, no matter big or small, they all cost around RM3 (almost about USD$1)? I also do need to earn right??
On the other hand, there are also customers which are friendly, kind and very simple. Search, Aim, Read and Buy... I do guess that is their motto sometimes. The whole sales process would be less than 5 minute and he will be taking money out of his/her pocket. Happily, I do like this type because they won't eventually ask alot of stupid question and make himself/herself and ME along, confuse. Those people would be called friendly shoppers from now on... HAHA...
Well, this is my experience about working in a shopping complex... Hope bloggers who watches this know what you need and just ask for that particular item if u have ??? ontop of your forehead. U then will be considered as friendly shoppers and alot of sales person will be glad to do business with u... If not, wait him to slash price onto u to pay extra 20~30 more expensive...
